What Shows Up on an Ultrasound Scan
Ultrasound gives us a real-time view of internal organs and soft tissue — the shape, size and structure of organs, and the presence of fluid or changes that aren't visible from the outside. Unlike X-ray, it's especially useful for evaluating soft tissue and internal organs.
Why It Matters That It's Done In-House
We perform ultrasound exams of the digestive and urogenital tract and superficial structures in-house. Because the scan is done on-site, you get the findings during the same visit — no referral to another vet and no waiting for an appointment somewhere else.
