You can book exams and other procedures by phone or email. For emergencies, booking ahead isn't necessary, but it's a good idea to contact us first — see the Emergency Care page.

When you book a procedure, we'll let you know about any preparation needed — for example, not walking your dog to the clinic if you suspect a fever, or fasting before blood is drawn for biochemistry tests or before anesthesia.

Prices are posted in the clinic and are not published on the website. Please ask about pricing before booking or when you arrive, before any procedure begins — we're happy to answer any questions.

Payment is by cash or card, once a procedure is complete. Regular clients can be offered the most flexible payment terms.

Please keep dogs on a leash, or in a carrier if it's a toy breed; dogs may not mark territory inside the clinic.

Please bring cats only in a carrier, never in your arms or an open bag.

If there are other dogs or cats in the waiting room, let us know as soon as you arrive — we will do our best to seat you separately, since cats are easily frightened, especially away from home and near other animals.
